Finding Costco App Reviews

We have been waiting for this APP! As we travel we always look for Costco stores because we depend on them for the lowest gas prices. This APP Is Awesome! It not only tells us where they are but it guides us to the front door and gives us their phone number if to boot.

The iPhone App needs a basic list function of 10 closest Costco to you with distance from your location. Just a map does not cut it. Add that I would give it 5 Stars.

I could easily just use the Google Maps app on my iphone to find the closest Costco, but this app is worth the 99 cents because it is uncluttered and it quickly tells me not only the locations of all the Costcos in America, but it also uses Blue and Red pins on the map to tell me which Costcos sell gas and which ones do not. Improvement I would like to see... It would be great if when I tap on the apps "Directions" button... it would give me the option to pick directions from either Google Maps, or from the Navigon and TomTom apps I already have installed on my iphone. Both Navigon and TomTom have made it very easy to integrate access to their apps into other apps. This apps logo is ugly, I am sure the developer can do better than that!

Im really surprised Costco hasnt written their own app to do the same thing (in addition to serving up coupons, maps of store interiors, push "deals" inside the stores, food court ordering, etc.). In the absence of an official Costco app, this does exactly what it advertises. Its handy to be able to see which locations have gas stations and its very handy to be able to search for locations even with poor (or no) cell signal. Id really like to see the app report store and gas station hours so I know if the gas station is still open. Id also like to have quick access to the direct numbers for departments inside the store. A "get directions via..." button would also be useful, as already mentioned by others.

Also, after I clicked on a store location, when I then scrolled around the map, other store locations didnt show up. They may consider that a feature, but its not intuitive.

This app is not user friendly and has not helped me find one Costco so far. They need to do more work on this app!!

Love the app, has helped in finding Costco everywhere we travel. It was a little confusing @ first to have the location and the type of Costco as separate steps. Otherwise has been a great help.

I depend on this when traveling. I enjoy visiting other Costcos as they will carry regional items and I also find things not carried in my local Costco. I also gas up the car, as Costcos fuel prices will be the lowest in that area.

Its been invaluable to me

My Garman GPS found a Costco in Alabama that wasnt even in the app. Thought maybe it was a new store; employee said it was open for seven years.

The ap does what it says. But I was actually looking for an actual ap to use for shopping there, like SAMs club has. Oh well.

Have used app for over a year and like its accuracy a and ease of use.

The first time I used this on a trip, the app had the street address for the Nampa warehouse right but the map was 5 miles and 2 exits off. Used Google map for the rest of the trip.

Great for finding cheap gas on the road

It helps on long trips to find them for gas. Wish they included which locations have car washes.

Have had for only a few weeks. We are full time RVers an works great for us. Now if only Costco sold diesel...

Thus far Ive been disappointed with the App. It seems difficult to navigate and not EZ to locate stores while traveling.
